0	2135 hrs.	Trace	Trace	29.3	The first flakes begin to fall. It looks like we will only get a little snow and it will end. Then the precipitation will start again after midnight. At 2155 there were snow pellets and also the snow shows moderate riming.
1	2235 hrs.	Trace	Trace	27.0	The snow falling in the cold dry air has caused evaporative cooling and lowering the temperature. Also another SMALL band of snow is now moving throught Annandale area.

3	Feb.  22   0345 hrs.	Trace	Trace	28.8	The precipitation is now freezing rain. This will be the last observation. This has been a disappointing winter for snow lovers.
